Techy or Busy'

Last Thursday the 27th I was having lunch with a buddy of mine from Santa Clara Univ., Mohammad Musa. We were talking about someone I'd met since that last time we saw each other and he asks me, "Is he techy or busy'?"

We looked at each other and laughed. He said it just came out of his mouth. I haven't heard it before, until someone tells me otherwise I'm giving Mohammad credit.

I like the analogy to the 'busy' lifestyle of businessmen. But it does probably only make sense when you use it in conjunction with the term 'techy'. I can't imagine someone describing themselves as busy' in an introductory context.
